Limited Warranty

DC Pedals, LLC warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from original date of purchase. During this period, DC Pedals will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product at no cost. Products must be shipped to our office at the customer’s expense.  However there is no charge for return shipping.

This warranty does not cover products that are damaged through negligence, misuse, alteration, or incorrect/failed power supply.  Nor does it cover consequential damages resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

The original purchase must be from DC Pedals or one if its authorized re-sellers.

This limited warranty is transferable (applies to products purchased used), provided all other conditions are met.

If a product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, it will be replaced with a similar model.

Beyond three (2) years, DC Pedals will repair its products at no cost, provided that the product is repairable and DC Pedals has the components to do so. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Exceptions to this policy are as follows:

• There is no warranty for apparel.
